Ciara employs a holistic approach, drawing on a range of models including Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy, Psychodynamic, and Person-Centered Psychotherapy.

Issues Addressed:

Ciara supports clients with a wide range of issues, such as anxiety, adoption, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, stress, bereavement, bullying, workplace stress, premenstrual syndrome (PMS), and premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), among others.

Areas of Interest:

Ciara is particularly interested in anxiety and the mind-body connection. She helps clients deepen self-awareness and understand the link between physical sensations and emotional responses. By using various therapeutic techniques, Ciara empowers clients to develop self-regulation tools to manage anxiety and improve well-being. Her holistic approach provides comprehensive, tailored support.

Ciara is also passionate about supporting adoptees, understanding their unique emotional and psychological challenges. She offers compassionate care to help them navigate their journeys with resilience and confidence, fostering stability and well-being.
