BA (Honours) in Psychotherapy and pre-accredited member of IACP (Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy).
Sinead is also a qualified breathwork instructor and has experience working with anxiety, relational difficulties, low self-worth, and parental conflict. She works with clients to help them understand their reactions and the difficulties that may present in everyday life that is holding them back. She believes that coming to therapy is the first step in learning more about yourself and the power there is in understanding your inner world.
Main theoretical approaches:
Sinead studied as an integrative therapist and works with humanistic and psychodynamic therapeutic approaches; incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) where appropriate.
