Stuart is a fully qualified psychotherapist with a background in recovery from addiction. Firstly, he believes that being understood is the first step toward a better quality of life. Therefore, he endeavors to create a therapeutic space wherein the client will be heard and seen. Thus, by building a relationship based on trust and attuned communication, both verbal and non-verbal, an environment will be created that will hopefully enable the client to feel safe and secure as they seek to establish the foundations for a more fulfilling, creative and contented life.
